Miraj is a small town referred to in some Sitar and Tanpura catalogs where they say "Miraj Made".
It is very interesting for a Westerner to gain the opportunity to see the primitive conditions within which the expert craftsmen of Miraj make such beautiful and sophisticated instruments.
