The E-commerce system is not setup to calculate the proper costs for export shipping. Your confirmation email will show domestic (USA) rates. Call or e-mail so we can quote you accurately.  You will be asked to add a fee from the Shipping Fee Table that will be used to adjust the price of your order for international sales. It is recommended that you enter your order after you have this fee determined from our email response.

Although we now have 128 byte secure encrypted, maximum security, online e-commerce for your convenience we want to keep the close same personal contact with everyone we have had in the past. If you need to ask questions, whatever they may be, please we sure to call us , or e-mail us either by clicking on the e-mail link you see here, or using the address paula@buckinghammusic.com. If, for any reason, you should choose not to use the e-commerce features, please read our Terms of Business section, further down this page, before ordering.

Credit card orders:

By e-commerce: Click the brown "Click here to order" button underneath the item you desire and enter our 128-byte secure e-commerce facility.
Please note: If you can't see the button please call us. If you have any problem with the e-commerce system for any reason please also call us for help.
Hint: There are certain characters that computer code doesn't accept as they are reserved for coding purposes. One of these is the # sign which, when used, can make e-commerce computers unhappy so they won't process your order. For Apartment #5 for instance, please use No. 5 and you'll be fine.

Personal Checks take up to 10 days to clear banks before the item can be sent to you. Please include your phone number and e-mail address if you have one.

By Bank Transfer:
If you wish to send a bank transfer instead of using a credit card then please contact us via email at paula@buckinghammusic.com.

We regularly send items to most countries worldwide.
Please be sure to include your address and the name of your nearest international airport so we may quote you prices for delivery to your airport and to your door.

Your order must include at least one of these; a valid e-mail address or telephone number. We will send you a confirmation of the order if we have your e-mail address. Please check the items carefully and e-mail back if there is a change.

We ship via Fedex and UPS.

8.25% Sales Tax will be added to all orders shipped within Texas. Sales tax isn't charged anywhere else

TERMS OF SALE

Our minimum invoice = $15 + shipping. Orders received for less than $15.00 are subject to being charged the minimum $15 + shipping costs.

Shipping Instructions: We normally ship Fedex and UPS. Please give us your complete name, street address, and telephone number. Neither Fedex nor UPS will deliver to a P.O. Box.

All checks and money orders need to be made payable to:

Buckingham Music.

Sales Tax: Texas orders add 8.25%

Grace Trial Period: All sales are final. We offer a 2 day (from when you receive the goods) grace period on most items. We will consider an item sold if we are not notified by registered mail or person to person telephone call within 2 days of your receipt of goods. Please see our returns policy below.

Shipping Time: We do not guarantee the exact delivery time on standard shipping, but we promise to do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. Most items are in stock. An item not in stock can take 6-12 weeks, and you will be notified if this is the case.

Returns: To return an item, call, write or e-mail for a Return Authorization. Said Return Authorization number must be prominently displayed on the outside of the packaging. Any item returned to us without our authorization is subject to refusal. Any item returned should be properly packed, insured and shipped prepaid. We accept no COD shipments. We do not give refunds on wind instruments, reeds, CDs, video tapes, audio tapes, or kits that have been started. We do not exchange or give refunds on books, We will replace or repair defective items. All returned items must be in new condition.

Refunds: We are happy to grant refunds on instruments within our 2 day grace trial period. We will replace defective books, CDs, tapes or videos. Shipping, packing and handling charges are not refundable.
