Our new Buckingham Music Super Mumbai sitar has a sturdy construction. It is a "no frills" instrument. The sound quality is good.
    It has 18 strings (7 main, 11 sympathetic), plain black pegs, a small amount of pen-work and a muted tone in color. There is a celluloid swan and tuning bead and standard strings. The instrument comes with a book, mezrabs and spare strings in a fabric covered wooden case. It is ideal for beginners and professionals who would like to see if the instrument is right for them.

   This instrument will not be tuned beforehand to reduce your cost.
